Victor P. Rendon Jr., born on the 2nd of September 1950 in San Benito, Texas to his parents, Gila Rendon and Victor Rendon Sr., passed away on Saturday, the 24th of September 2016. He was 66 years old.
Victor is a retired Correctional Officer at Texas Department of Criminal Justice and served in the US Army.
His loving parents and brother Reynaldo Rendon preceded him in death.
Survivors include his loving children Cynthia (Eric) Alvarado, Jason Rendon, Dianne (Shanon), Victoria (Jose) Rendon, grandchildren Clarissa Cardenas, Ryan Rendon, Isaac Torres, Diamonds Lunford, Jakob Rendon,Jada Lunford, Erika Estrada, Mikah Lunford , Kaitlyn Estrada, Kameron Lunford, and Isaiah Franco, one great-granddaughter Isabella Torres. He also leaves behind 5 sisters and 3 brothers.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, the 28th of September 2016, beginning at 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to begin at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday within the San Benito Funeral Home, 1400 West Highway 77, San Benito, Texas 78586.
Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, the 29th of September 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Interment will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park.
