Vicki L. Gulbranson

Vicki Lea (Richter) Gulbranson, 70, of Laguna Vista, TX and formerly of Huron, SD passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2019 comfortably at home after a long illness.

Vicki was born March 3, 1949 in Watertown, SD to Carl and Beatrice (Amdahl) Richter.  She married Thomas Gulbranson on May 30, 1970 in Summit, SD.  Vicki graduated from Summit High School and then attended the University of South Dakota where she received an Associate’s Degree.

She is survived by her husband, Tom of Laguna Vista, TX; daughter, Jenny (Paul) Guivens of Monument CO; grandson, Jack; siblings, Carol (George) Braunwarth, Julaine (Ray) Wedin, Marlys (Ernie) Jensen, Donn Richter, Vonnie Richter; and several nieces and nephews.

Vicki was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Bea Richter and brother, Milo Richter.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Summit Lutheran Cemetery at 11:00 a.m., followed by a luncheon at Hope Lutheran Church in Summit, SD.
