Tina Parrott Taylor passed away on January 31, 2018.
Tina was born March 6, 1956 in Harlingen, Texas to James and Delores Parrott. She was a nurse her whole life. She had a long nursing career that included Valley Baptist Medical Center, Knapp Medical Center and most recently Cigna Health Springs.
Tina was preceded in death by her parents, James and Delores Parrott.
She is survived by her high school sweetheart and husband, Robert Taylor; children Bryan Nimerick, Jeremy (Stephanie) Taylor, Lindsay (Dave) McManus, Zachary (Casey) Taylor, Joshua (Bianca) Taylor; sister Madeline (Austin) Williams; her mother-in-law Tony Taylor; her second mother Beverly Buckley; brother-in-law, Mike Taylor; sister-in-law Sherry Leimon; and 8 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Saturday, February 3rd from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Buck Ashcraft Funeral Home with a funeral service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Harlingen’s Humane Society.
