Thomas O. Hearn

Thomas “Tommy” O. Hearn, 61, went peacefully to Heaven on September 19, 2024. He was born on July 12, 1963, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Joe and Gwen Hearn.

Tommy had a profound passion for speed and water, which inspired his love for racing and fishing. He also had a deep appreciation for dogs and Jeeps. Tommy dedicated much of his professional life to the auto industry contributing his expertise to various dealerships throughout his career.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Gwen Hearn; his brother, Mike Hearn; as well as his paternal grandparents, Ben F. and Mary Jo Hearn, and maternal grandparents, OB “Poppy” and Louise Rose.

Tommy leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory, including his wife of 38 years, Kandi Hearn; his children, Richard Hearn (Samantha) and Ryan Hearn; and his brother, Pat Hearn (Rosie); his sister, Jeana Hearn (Howard Doyle); and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the Bert Ogden Group, the Vackar Family, Elliff Motors and Elliff family, and Big Valley Auto Auction and family for their overwhelming support throughout this journey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to City of Hope in Goodyear, AZ, First Baptist Church in Santa Rosa, or The Bridge Rio Hondo Baptist Church.

A celebration of Tommy’s life is scheduled for Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at The Bridge Rio Hondo Baptist Church.
