Mrs. Schultz was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 35 years, Myron R. Schultz, Sr., who passed away in January of this year after his long battle with cancer.  Laura and Myron were sweethearts while attending Thornton Township High School in Harvey, IL, and were later reunited and married in 1972 after raising their respective families.
