Roseanne E. Pscodna

October 22, 1943 — December 6, 2018

Roseanne Lesh Pscodna, 75, of Lansing, Michigan died December 6, 2018 at Valley Baptist Hospital in Harlingen, Texas.  She was born October 22, 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of August “Joe” and Anne Lesh.  She graduated from John Adams High School in Cleveland, Ohio in 1962.  She married Steve J. Pscodna, of Garden, Michigan on September 7, 1963 in Cleveland, Ohio.  Roseanne worked as a food merchandiser for Crossmark in Grand Rapids.

In the first 10 years of marriage she lived in Albany, New York; Washington DC area; and Raleigh, North Carolina before returning to Lansing for the last 45 years.  She is survived by her husband Steve; son Gregory (Susan) Pscodna of Chippewa Lake, MI; daughters Christina (Gerald Nelson) Pscodna-Nelson of Tustin, MI; Johanna (Jennifer) Pscodna of Holt, MI; granddaughter Kaitlyn Pscodna; Allison Findley; brother Roger (Carol) Lesh, Maple Heights, Ohio, and 3 nephews.

Roseanne, who was a 28 year breast cancer survivor, enjoyed going on pontoon rides at the cottage, looking for deer at the farm, visits to Disney World and spending her winters in Texas socializing with friends.  She took pride in teaching her children and grandchild the ways of the world and spoiling her grand dogs with extra treats and goodies. Her favorite interests were traveling, especially motorcoach trips, attending family athletic events, water aerobics, being a Girl Scout leader, visiting casinos and most of all, spending time with her dear family and friends.

It brings us comfort that Roseanne recently said, “I have been everywhere I wanted to go and done everything I wanted to do. I have had a great life.”

A time to visit with Roseanne’s family to celebrate her life will take place on Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Spartan Hall of Fame Café,
