Rosa M. Aguilar, 58, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2008 Retama Manor in Raymondville, Texas. Rosa was born on March 9, 1949 in Santa Rosa, Texas to Carlos and Maximinia Martinez.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Andres Aguilar, Jr.; and her siblings, Manuel Martinez, Carlos Martinez, Jr., Adelfa Solorzano, Nereida Martinez, E.M, Abel Martinez, Benjamin Martinez, Rudy Perez and Celestino Martinez.
She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Aguilar and Anabelia Longoria; son, Samuel Longoria; sisters, Ester Martinez, Faye Ingrim, Ana Sanchez, Ida Garcia and Maggie Garcia; and brother, Abelardo Martinez.
Visitation will be held today, January 3, 2007 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Buck Ashcraft Funeral Home.
Funeral procession will depart the Buck Ashcraft Funeral Home Chapel Friday, January 4, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. for 10 a.m. funeral service at Templo Jerusalem in Harlingen with Pastor Rey Silva officiating. Burial will follow at Ashland Memorial Park in Harlingen.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Longoria, A.J. Longoria, Andrew Alvarez, Edio Longoria, David Dominguez, and Alex Alvarez.
