Ramon G. Juarez, 75, passed away on October 25, 2010. Mr. Juarez was born on September 24, 1935 in Rio Hondo, Texas.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Elena Marez Juarez; daughters, Clarissa (Martin) Carrizales, Rosella Juarez, Nereyda (Ricardo) Garcia, and Nora (Harvey) Gonzales. Mr. Juarez has nine grandchildren, Allison, Ricardo, Emily, April, Ryan, Selena, Liliana, Randy and Jaymie.
Mr. Juarez was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Dolores Juarez; sister, Elida Zuniga and brother, Andres Juarez.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at 10:00 am to 9:00pm, with a Holy Rosary at 7:00pm at San Benito Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 2:00 pm at St. Helens Catholic Church in Rio Hondo, TX. Interment will follow at San Vicente Cemetery in Rio Hondo.
Pallbearers will be Gilbert Juarez Jr, Roger Martinez, Robert Martinez Jr., Ricardo Martinez, Homer Juarez, and R.J. Atkinson. Honorary Pallbearers are Richie Garcia, Ryan Garcia, Randy Garza and Aaron Basaldua .
