Patricia Duane of Harlingen, Texas passed Monday, March 21st, 2011 after a short, severe illness.
She was born Patricia Paula Parsons in Rhinelander Wisconsin on December 30th, 1924 to Abner Parsons and Blanch (Ozmundson) Parsons. After settling in Harlingen, she met and was married to Phil Beltz until his death. Patricia attended All Saints Episcopal Church where she had been a parish member for many years, working in the Altar Guild and helping with events at the church. She was very active in her community, organizing group activities and working for Fritz Travel serving many of her friends over the years.
Patricia is survived by four sons, Mark Pankow (Patty Reese) of Silver Spring, Maryland, Scott Pankow (Annemarie Pankow) of Apple Valley Minnesota, Franklin Duane of Madison, Wisconsin, and Command Sergeant Major Robin Duane (Nancy Grim) of Fayetteville, North Carolina.
There will be a memorial service for Patricia at All Saints Episcopal Church, 465 Reagan, San Benito, Texas 78586 at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 24th, 2011.
Arrangements are with Buck Ashcraft Funeral Home.
