Mitchell Wheatley Bralley, 60, died Wednesday, Dec 30, 2020, in McAllen, Texas.

A celebration of Mitch’s life will take place on Sunday, January 4th with a visitation from 1pm-5pm and memorial service at 3pm at Buck Ashcraft Funeral Home in Harlingen, Texas.

Mitch was born September 14, 1960, to Bill Bralley and Bebe Bralley. He lived and attended school in Groom and Port Aransas, Texas. He attended West Texas State University where he was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. During his time at WT Mitch met his wife, Shirley and fell in love almost instantly, they married in 1982 in Groom, Texas. In 1984 Mitch and Shirley moved to Ruston, Louisiana where Mitch graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana Tech University.

In 1986 Mitch started his career in the car business. Over his 34 -year career Mitch won many accolades and was a trusted mentor to many in the industry. For most of his career Mitch worked and raised his family in San Antonio. Mitch was a loving father to his two sons, Sean and Brett. He loved his boys. They were his pride and joy. In 2005 the family moved to Corpus Christi. During the years spent there, he continued in the car business, but was sure to be found outdoors, fishing or hunting. In 2009, Mitch and Shirley moved to Harlingen, where they worked together and continued their life-long love for the outdoors, spending every Sunday fishing together.

Mitch will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 38 years, Shirley Bralley and his children, Sean Bralley (Halley), Brett Bralley (Kelsey), by his mother, Bebe Bralley, by his sisters, Toni Bouchard (Jeff), Susanne Fairly, and by his brother, Tye Bralley.
