SAN BENITO/BROWNSVILLE, TX. – Michael Angel Berry, born on December 30, 1979, died on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at his residence in Brownsville, Texas. He was 35 years old.
Michael was a dedicated and highly respected LVN whom was very appreciated by his patients for his compassionate care and attention.
His paternal grandparents, Lewis J. and Irene Berry, preceded him in death.
Michael was a caring brother, loyal son, and loving father to his children Michael, Angela, and Matthew, as well as an active outdoor enthusiast. Survivors include his parents, Mark and Elvia Berry of San Benito; sisters Brenda Lee Berry, Catherine Jean Martin, and Patricia Elizabeth Berry; maternal grandparents, Kusuo and Maria Koite; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visiting hours are on Friday, July 10, 2015, beginning at one o’clock in the afternoon and concluding at nine o’clock at night, with a recitation of the holy rosary to begin at seven o’clock in the evening within the San Benito Funeral Home Chapel.
A chapel service will take place on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at ten o’clock in the morning, with Reverend David Mann officiating.
Interment will then follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
