Matias G. Saldivar

Matias G. Saldivar passed peacefully from this life on March 7, 2021 at the 95 years of age. He was born to the late Arnulfo Saldivar and Lucinda Garcia Saldivar on February 13, 1926 in Rancho La Palangana, Tamps., Mexico.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Aurelia Saldivar, 11 children, 40 grandchildren, and 42 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 9, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Buck Ashcraft San Benito Funeral Home. A prayer service will begin at 7 o’clock on Tuesday evening. (Click the link below to view a live-stream of the prayer service.) A graveside service and interment will take place Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Mont Meta Memorial Park. Matias’ grandchildren are honored to serve as pallbearers.
