Martha Elisa Zavala

Martha Elisa Zavala-Balboa, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on August 12, 2018 after a brief illness.  A native of Edinburg, Texas, Martha Elisa was born to Arnulfo Zavala and the late Francisca Arellano Zavala on November 20, 1970.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Francisca; brothers, Hermilo Vences, Israel Vences, Luis Gabino Zavala; sister, Norma Alicia Zavala-Aguirre.

Martha Elisa is survived by her daughter, Elva Jean Ortega; father, Arnulfo Zavala; sisters, Elva V. Ortiz, Maria Leticia Zavala, Narce Dalia Zavala; brothers, Jesus A. Zavala, Victor Manuel Zavala, Marco Antonio Zavala.

Visitation and a recitation of the Holy Rosary were held on Sunday, August 19, 2018.  A graveside service was conducted on Monday, August 20, 2018 at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco where Martha Elisa was laid to rest.
