Maricela Gonzalez

Maricela Gonzalez passed away unexpectedly March 17, 2023 at sixty-eight years of age. She was born May 17, 1955 in Tampico, Tamaulipas, México.

She enjoyed watching soccer and loved WWE, especially John Cena. Maricela was always smiling and laughing and she loved spending time with her family. She was a Christian and loved helping in her church, Cross Church.

Maricela is preceded in death by her husband, José Manuel Ramos; daughter, Amanda Gonzalez; son, José Manual Ramos, Jr.; grandson, José Luis Villanueva; granddaughter, Katherina Delgado; and great great-granddaughter, Renesine Rodriguez.

Left to treasure her memory is her mother, Josefina Gutierrez; her children, María Elena Ramos Gonzalez, Ana Ramos Trejo (Ricardo), Jesús Alberto Ramos (Mercedes); grandchildren, Ashley Aguilar (Luis Camacho), Selina Aguilar (David Ayala), Sigifredo Delgado III, Zachary Trejo, Jeremiah Trejo, Abisha Ramos, Yanis Ramos, Jireh Ramos, Amania Ramos, Andy Campos, Adan Campos, Alex Campos, Jordan Campos, Yeri Villanueva, Fabiola Ramos, Fabian Ramos; great-grandchildren, Leah Rodriguez, Omar Rodriguez, Luke De la Torre, Scarlett De la Torre, Everlleah Treviño, David Ayala Jr., Teresita Aguilar, Baby Azalea Ayala.

Visitation will take place Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. at Buck Ashcraft San Benito Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Mont Meta Memorial Park.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Sigifredo Delgado III, Zachary Trejo, Jeremiah Trejo, Jesse Ramos, Ricardo Trejo, Luis Byran Camacho, Ashley Aguilar Camacho, and Samantha Cervantes.
