SAN BENITO, TX. – Maria Del Milagros Garza, born on July 14, 1933 in Mexico, died on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas. She was 81 years old.
Her husband, Luis C. Garza, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her children Juan (Marie) L. Garza, Nilda A. Weaver, Martin (Idalia) Garza, and Sandra L. Garza; seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
Visiting hours are on Friday, July 10, 2015, beginning at one o’clock in the afternoon and concluding at nine o’clock at night, with a recitation of the holy rosary to begin at eight o’clock in the evening within the San Benito Funeral Home Chapel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at nine-thirty in the morning, in St. Benedict's Catholic Church.
Committal services will then follow at San Benito City Cemetery.
