Margarita L. Sosa

Margarita Sosa, 79, passed away on December 22, 2021.  She was born to the late Alfredo Longoria and Elisa Torres Longoria on January 26, 1942 in El Capote, Mexico.

Margarita is survived by her beloved family – her husband Angel R. Sosa; her children, Aurora Lozano (Heriberto Lozano), Angel Sosa Jr. and Araceli Guzman.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Amanda Guzman, Brittney Sosa, Brianna Sosa, Michael Lozano; great grandchildren, Chloe Isabella, Maci Nicole and Caleb Nathan; sister, Maria Garcia.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfredo and Elisa Longoria and brother, Jose Longoria.

Margarita’s family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, December 26, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Buck Ashcraft San Benito Funeral Home.  A Funeral Talk will take place on Monday, December 27, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Buck Ashcraft San Benito Funeral Home. After the Talk, Margarita will be laid to rest at Mont Meta Memorial Park.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Angel Sosa Jr., Heriberto Lozano, Michael Lozano, Adriel Garcia, Osvaldo Garcia, and Santos Garcia Jr.  Honorary pallbearer is Caleb Nathan Guzman.
