Lionel S. Medina (81), was called to be with our lord and savior on Saturday, the 25th of June 2016. born on the 14th of November 1934,in Sebastan to his parents Manuel Medina & Virgina Saldivar Medina
Lionel served in the U.S .Army in the years of 1955 – 1957.
He is preceded in death by his loving parents and brothers Alferdo S. Medina, & Guadalupe S. Medina, brother- in- law Jacob Robledo
Survivors include his brother Basilio S. Medina, sisters Myrta (Ricardo) Hueta, Mary Robledo, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation is Wednesday, the 29th of June 2016, beginning at 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary to begin at 7:00 p.m.Wednesday within the San Benito Funeral Home Chapel, 1400 West Highway 77, San Benito, Texas 78586.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, the 30th of June 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at St. Benidict Catholic Church in San Benito,Tx. Interment will follow to RGV State Verterans Cemetery.
