Lillian Juanel (Gurley) Webb, 72, passed away on May 27, 2011 at her residence.
Juanel was born August 31, 1938 in Harlingen, Texas to William Lewis and Hettie Lurene Gurley. She graduated from Harlingen High School and was a member of First Baptist Church of Combes. Juanel enjoyed painting and especially enjoyed taking care of her grandkids and her pets.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Joe Webb.
Juanel is survived by her son, Joel Webb and his wife, Danielle; brother, Jerry Gurley; grandchildren, Marshall Webb and Nathan Webb; and nephew, Shane Gurley.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 31, 2011 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011, 10 a.m., at the Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery, 2520 S. Inspiration Rd., Mission, Texas 78572 with Bro. Steve Wiest officiating.
