Lawrence "Larry" Thomas Schnulle

Lawrence “Larry” T. Schnulle, 77, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 24, 2017.
Larry was born on October 22, 1940 in Hartland, IL to Lester and Vera Schnulle. He worked as a Highway Maintenance Worker with the McHenry Count Highway Dept. for 35 years. He lived in Illinois for many years and Missouri as well. Upon retirement Larry and Sharon became winter visitors to the Harlingen area and made Harlingen there home 5 years ago. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #1329 for over 50 years and Elks Lodge #1043 for 35 years.
Larry loved hunting and fishing and any John Wayne movie. He also loved the time he got to spend with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Larry is survived by his wife, Sharon L. Schnulle; children; Paul Schnulle, Phillip Schnulle (Charlene), Julie Luetschwager (Jeff), Kathy Ritzert (Lenny), Kevin Kleckner (Cathi); brothers and sisters; Vernon (Dawn), Fred (Brenda), Bob (Gail), Carl (Rose), Harry (Bonnie), Sharon (Roger), Susie (Roger), Paula (Larry), sister-in-laws, Elizabeth and Barbara; 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers and sisters, Ronnie Schnulle, Bill Schnulle, Sandy Johnson, Jim Schnulle, Dick Schnulle, Ed (Buster) Schulle, and Sally Schnulle; and nephew, Jimmie Schnulle.
The family will receive friends 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at the Funeral Home.
Memorial services will be held at the Schneider, Leucht, Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home in Woodstock, IL, 10:30 AM, Wednesday, November 1, 2017.
