June A. Hanes, 90, passed away March 20, 2009, at La Hacienda Health Care Center, Harlingen, Texas.
June was born August 4, 1918, in Durand, Michigan. Previously from Flint and Mt. Morris, Michigan, she has lived in Harlingen since 1984.
She was a loving wife of Gerald L. Hanes, who pre-deceased her in January, 2000. Daughter Constance J. Yuill pre-deceased her in June, 2008.
Survived by daughter Rebecca A. Fox and husband Michael J. Fox of
Toronto, Ontario, son-in-law James A. Yuill, of Naperville, Illinois,
and grandchildren Melissa Lange, Heather Gorny, Gerald Yuill (Illinois), Matthew Fox and Katherine Fox (Toronto), and two great- grandchildren, Adrianne and Allie Lange (Illinois).
The family would like to thank the caregivers at Golden Palms Health Care Center and La Hacienda and special friends Rev. David Mann and Wanda Waldron for their many kindnesses.
