San Benito, TX – Juanita M. Garza, 83, of San Benito, TX went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 11, 2013. At the time of her death she was surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, David H. Garza; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jose Martinez; 2 brothers and 4 sisters.
Juanita is survived by her children, Lisa Zuniga, Mary Elvia (Tony) Lemos, David (Dolores) Garza, Jr., Anna Ramirez (Jesse), Johnny Joe Garza, Rosie (Rene) Garza, Noe Garza, and Norma (Javier) Gomez; 16 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Daniel (Lupina) Martinez and Roger (Janie) Martinez; and a sister, Inocenia Martinez.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2013 from 1:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M with the Holy Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 P.M. at San Benito Funeral Home.
The funeral precession will depart San Benito Funeral Home on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 1:30 P.M. for a 2:00 P.M. Funeral Mass at St Theresa Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Noe Garza, Joey Zuniga, David Garza, Chris Ramirez, Paul Garza and Johnny Joe Garza.
