Jose "Joe" Rodriguez

Jose “Joe” Rodriguez, 83, passed peacefully from this life on April 9, 2020 at Comfort House in McAllen, Texas. Joe was born in San Benito, Texas to Guadalupe and Socorro Rodriguez on December 15, 1936. He was a retired independent trucker.

Joe was preceded in death by his spouse of 51 years, Maria Elena Guerra Rodriguez. Also preceding Joe in death was a son, Armando Rodriguez.

Left to treasure his memory are his wife, Kim Adair; children, Guadalupe (Nora) Rodriguez, Cristela Dow, Joe Guerra Rodriguez; grandchildren, Lupito, Rodriguez, Xavier Rodriguez, Sammy Rodriguez, Amber M. Dow, Lashaunijo Rodriguez, Jobi Rodriguez, Mathew Rodriguez, Jennifer Rodriguez, Chelsea Rodriguez; and, 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2010 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at San Benito Funeral Home.  Following visitation, a graveside service and entombment will be at Mont Meta Memorial Park Chapel of Peace Mausoleum.

Due to current restrictions on gatherings because of COVID-19, visitation will be limited to 10 persons at a time in the funeral chapel and mausoleum.
