He is preceded in death by his Father, Jose Martinez.
Jose is survived by his Wife Norma Noyola Martinez and Stepchildren, Joey (Jade) Yzaguirre, Bertha (Noe) Leal and Daniel Yzaguirre, Granddaughter, Jenna Leal, Mother, Oralia Martinez of Harlingen.
Brothers, Juan, Jiame, Jesus, Santiago, Pete and Martin Martinez.
Sisters, Tomasa Martinez, Rosalinda Gonzalez, Sylvia Abrams and Maria Cortinas.
He worked at the Lone Star Restaurant for 17yrs.Visitation will be held on Thursday September, 9 2010 from 3:00 P.M to 9:00 P.M. with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M that same evening at San Benito Funeral Home Chapel.
Services will be held on Friday September, 10 2010 at 10:00 A.M at Our Lady of Assumption in Harlingen TX Interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
