Jennifer Marie Naranjo

Jennifer Marie Naranjo, 34, of San Benito, passed away on Friday, June 1, 2018. Jennifer was born to Francisco Naranjo and Carmen Lopez Trevino on May 23, 1984.

Jennifer was a proud graduate of Rio Hondo High School and studied to become a Dental Assistant. It was her hope to return to school and continue her education. She worked as a dental assistant for the past eight years and was of the Catholic faith. Jennifer enjoyed life, participated in 5K marathons, loved going to the beach, reading, working out at the gym, and was very devoted in attending her daughter's sports and band activities.

Left to cherish her memories will be her daughters Dyandra Lee Ortega and Alexandra Justine Ortega; her parents, Francisco (Elia) Naranjo and Carmen (Joe) Trevino; siblings, Linda Naranjo, Angie Garcia (Danny Lopez), Yvette (Aaron) McBride, Crystal L. Leal, Cassandra Leal, and Frances Naranjo.

Visitation will take place at San Benito Funeral Home on Friday, June 8, 2018, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Our Lady Queen of the Universe Catholic Church in San Benito. Following the funeral service, Jennifer will be laid to rest at Mont Meta Memorial Park. Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Pedro Salinas III, Ricardo Rios III, Danny Lopez, Aaron McBride, James Scott Cornejo, and Ricardo Guadalupe Castillo. Honorary pallbearers will be Sergio Naranjo and Crystal Lee Leal.
