Janet Hale Charvat

Janet Charvat, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away in Harlingen, Texas on May 1st, 2019.  Born in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Loyd and Mervie Hale during the Great Depression.  She was grounded in a strong faith in The Lord, knew the value of hard work, and had a genuine appreciation for life.

Mom was devoted to her family and loved us unconditionally.  She is preceded in death by husband John M. Charvat and sister Helen June Mitchell.  Survivors include two sons, Jack Charvat and wife Lisa of Tulsa Oklahoma and Cary Charvat and wife Nikki of Harlingen, Texas.  She is also survived by four grandchildren, Olivia, Jacqueline, Cole, Mary, and one great grandchild on the way.

A private graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa Oklahoma.
