Isabel Silva Jaramillo, Sr.

Isabel S. Jaramillo, Sr. of Los Fresnos, Texas, peacefully passed from this life on September 16, 2021 at 80 years of age.  He was born to the late Flugencio and Aurelia Jaramillo in Los Fresnos.

Isabel retired from the Los Fresnos Consolidated Independent School District after many years of dedicated service.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nelda Cadengo Jaramillo; children, Aurelia Jaramillo and Abel Jaramillo; parents, Flugencio and Aurelia Jaramillo; brothers, Flugencio Jaramillo, Jr. and Felipe Jaramillo; and sister, Beatriz Jaramillo.

He is survived by his children, Isabel Jaramillo Jr., Christina Jaramillo, Juanita Jaramillo; stepchildren, Rodolfo Cadengo, Hortencia Cadengo, Omar Cadengo; and, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will take place Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Buck Ashcraft San Benito Funeral Home. A prayer service will begin Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m. (Click the link below to view a live-stream of the prayer service.) Services for Isabel S. Jaramillo, Sr. will conclude Wednesday evening.
