Guadalupe “Lupita” Olivarez, 80, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Jan. 15, 2015.
Lupita was born on Sept. 3, 1934 in Burgos, Tamps. to her parents Cesario & Beatriz De Leon. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, tending to her plants and animals, and watching novelas.
She spread her grace and love to all whom she met, earning the title of ‘Wela Lupe’ by countless neighborhood children.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jose Olivarez Cantu; her parents Cesario & Beatriz De Leon; brothers Lazaro, Ernesto and Benito Robles; and grandson Sammuel L. Cisneros.
She is survived by her children Santos (Lupana) Olivarez, Dora (Juan C.) Borjas, and Juan (Cristela) Olivarez; twelve grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; siblings Juan, Maria De Jesus, and Monserat Robles.
Rosary will be held at 7pm on Sat, Jan 17 at San Benito Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3pm on Sunday Jan 18th at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
