Gregorio Beltran Lopez

SAN BENITO, TX. Gregorio Beltran Lopez, "Gollo, George, Pepper G", 71, of Irving, Tx., passed away on September 15, 2015.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm, September 19 at San Benito Funeral Home, San Benito, Tx. Interment will follow at 1:00 pm, at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18, from 3:00 - 9:00 pm at San Benito Funeral Home.
Gregorio was born in Weslaco, Texas on November 17, 1943. He married his beautiful wife, Victoria Barron Lopez on July 17, 1959 and were married for 56 years.
Gregorio retired from the City of Irving in 2010. He enjoyed remodeling homes, so he started his own construction company, ACS for 10 yrs. He enjoyed listening to Tejano music so much, that he was a DJ for 17 yrs. He also enjoyed watching his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys in his Dallas Cowboy room with his big screen TV.
Gregorio is survived by his wife, Victoria, sons: Pablo B. Lopez, Sammy B. Lopez, Gregorio B. Lopez Jr., Ramon B. Lopez and daughter Angelica Maria Lopez. Grandchildren: Vince Lopez, Victoria L. Hesbrook, Samantha Lopez, Stephen Lopez, Michael Lopez, Christina Lopez, Monica L. Garcia, Ana Cuin, Arturo R. Alvarado, and Sofia L. Garcia. Great grandchildren: Aliyah N. Garcia, Ashlynne R. and Coby L. Hesbrook, brother Pedro Beltran Lopez, his children and other family and friends.
Gregorio is preceded in death by his parents Pablo Rico Lopez and Aurora Beltran Lopez, brothers Lionel and Martin Lopez, grandson Christopher Michael Roach.
