Grace Maxine Riley, 89, passed away Monday, March 12, 2012 in Harlingen. Grace was born on July 14, 1922 in Mt. Vernon, Texas to Luther and Margaret Henderson.
Grace was a longtime resident of Santa Rosa and a former resident of Weslaco. She was employed with General Telephone Co. in Weslaco for many years until her retirement. She was a member of the Telephone Co. Pioneers, First Baptist Church in Weslaco and the First Baptist Church in Santa Rosa.
Grace is survived by her son, Guy Lloyd Riley and his wife, Lillie or Peoria, Arizona; grandson, Guy Richard Riley and his wife, Susan of Austin, Texas; and great grandson, Logan Richard Riley of Austin, Texas.
A memorial service for Grace will be held at the First Baptist Church in Santa Rosa, 11:00 AM, Friday, March 16, 2012 with inurnment following at the La Feria Cemetery.
