George William “Willie” Sesler, 74, entered into rest on Monday, July 14, 2008 at Solara Hospital in Harlingen.
Willie was born December 3, 1933 in Youngstown, Ohio to Tim and Elizabeth Sesler. Willie attended Warren G. Harding High School in Warren, Ohio and was employed as a service manager for Cook Office Machines. He proudly served his country with United States Air Force. Willie enjoyed bowling and playing cards.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Barbara Sesler; his children Mike (Lynn) Sesler of New Orleans, LA, Kathy Bailey of Nederland, TX, Gail (George) Thigpen of Houston, and Robert (Mary) Sesler of Harlingen; and grandchildren, Marcus Sesler, Danielle Bailey, Michelle Bailey, and Matthew Sesler.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, July 17, 2008, 10 a.m., at Buck Ashcraft Funeral Home with Rev. Wade Hood officiating.
Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Reininger, Pat Randolph, Roger Jeff Coat, Jim Cason, Dan Lehman, Mac Gibbons, Robert Mobley and Jerry Martin.
