San Benito – Francisco Hernandez, Jr., 60, passed away on July 1, 2017. He was born on April 24, 1957 to Francisco, Sr. and Maria Hernandez. He is preceded in death by his father, Francisco, Sr. and his sister, Maria Torres. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Maria Hernandez, his sons Francisco, III (Nadia), Noe Barrientes (Cynthia), his siblings Martha Esparza (Raul), Andrea Martinez (Esthela), Ramona Jimenez (Julio), Agapito Martinez (Elida), four loving grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces. Francisco loved gardening and was well known for his kindness and generosity. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 4, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at San Benito Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in San Benito. Interment will follow at San Benito City Cemetery.
