Francisca O. Gallegos, 92, went to be with the lord on November 4, 2010 surrounded by her family and loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Guadalupe, children, Jose, Jesus and Eva Gallegos, parents, Augustin and Teodora Olivarez, siblings, Jose Luz Olivarez ( Guadalupe+ ) and Rosa O. Leija ( Mauricio).
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Tijerina (Miguel+), Maria Irma Gallegos and Tencha (Jose) Rodriguez
Francisca was born on December 23, 1917 to Augustin and Tedeora Olivarez. At the age of 3 she became naturalized citizen of what she was very proud of to be able to vote. She was very happy when attending El Sol- Adult Day Care, where she made many friends. She leaves behind her loving grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Xavier and Tony Tijerina, Jesus Jr., and Lupe Gallegos, Auggie Gallegos and Jeovani Rodriguez, Joe and Nicolas De La Fuente.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 5, 2010 from 3:00 P.M to 9:00P.M with a Holy Rosary that was held at 7:00 P.M that same evening. Funeral Mass is being held at St. Theresa Catholic Church on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at 1:00 P.M and Internment to follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
