San Juan, TX- Felipe Castillo II, 71, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Comfort House in McAllen.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Genoveva Rico de Castillo; and his great granddaughter, Angelica Peralta.
Felipe is survived by his loving wife, Consuelo Castillo; his children, Maria E. Garcia (Alfredo Garcia), Diana Castillo Blanco, Consuelo Castillo, Mario Castillo (Irene Quintero), and Felipe Castillo III; his 14 grandchildren, and10 great grandchildren; his brother, Reymundo Castillo (Teresa Castillo); and his sister, Maria Delia Maldonado (Cayetano Maldonado); along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2012 from 1:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M with the Holy Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 P.M. at San Benito Funeral Home.
The funeral precession will depart San Benito Funeral Home on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 9:30 A.M. for a 10:00 A.M. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Isaac Emeka Erondu officiating. Interment will follow at San Benito City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jose A. Garcia, Raymond Castillo, Adrian Martinez, Miguel Peralta, Jr., Manuel N. Blanco, and Trinidad Hernandez, Jr.; honorary pallbearers will be Juan A. Avila II, Quentin Maldonado, and Ramiro Castillo.
