at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Bernice A. Villarreal; his sister, Olga Garcia; and 2 brothers, Jose Rene Villarreal and Herman Maria Villarreal.
Esteban is survived by his daughters, Kathleen (Hue) Ritter, Victoria (Don) Evjen, Deborah (Jannu) Lorenston, Barbara (Steve) Parr; grandchildren, Christian, Stephanie, Erik, Allison, Kimberlee, Sarah, and Steven; great grandchild, Liam; his brother, Buddy (Lupita) Villarreal; his sisters, Diana (Oscar) Botello, Minnie (Rey) Garcia and Maria Ofelia Galvan; and his sisters-in-law, Gloria Villarreal and Maria Villarreal.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2012 from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. with the Chapel Service to begin at 1:00 P.M. at San Benito Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park with full Military Honors under the auspices of the American Legion Post 205 of Harlingen.
