Epimenio Atkinson

Rio Hondo, TX- Epimenio Atkinson, 79, entered into eternal rest Friday, December 21, 2012 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, ranching, working his cattle and farming.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Richard Atkinson.
Epimenio is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Atkinson; his children, Billy (Danette) Atkinson, Susie (Albert) Atkinson, Epimenio (Lauren) Atkinson, Amy Atkinson, Elaine Atkinson, and Scott Atkinson; his 5 grandchildren, Amanda, Michael, Salvador, Holley and Aston Atkinson; and 3 great grandchildren; also his brothers and sisters, Ester Perales, Susanna Garza, Pauline Atkinson, Mary Atkinson, and Manuela Villarreal.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2012 from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Memorial Service to be held in the evening at San Benito Funeral Home. Funeral Services will conclude after service.
