Emma Olivares Vento, 85, entered into eternal life on March 1, 2014 at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Harlingen.
She was preceded in death by her parents Manuel Olivares and Virginia Olivares; her brothers Manuel Olivares Jr. and Baldemar Olivares.
She is survived by her children John (Reyna) Vento, Isabel (Albert) Flores, Emma (Noe) Galvan, Bob (Ana) Vento, Ruth Vento; grandchildren Amber Vento, Monique Vento, Jonathan Vento and Javier Vento.
Rosary will be held at 4:30 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2014 at Queen of the Universe Catholic Church followed by a Mass at 5:00 p.m. Services will conclude after mass.
Pallbearers will be Juan Manuel Olivares, Juan Antonio Olivares, Roel Olivares and Orlando Olivares.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Timothy Bothwell, Dr. Ameer Hassan, Dr. Juan Santiago, Dr. Reagan McMillin, Amigo Home Health, United Home Health, Elizabeth Cordero @ Health Spring Advantage and Staff Members @ Valley Baptist Medical Center.
