Emilia N. Martinez (87), passed away on Friday, the 15th of July 2016.Born in the city of San Benito, Texas, to her parents Jose Nunez and Juanita Adrian Nunez.
She is preceded in death by her parents and loving husband Armando C. Martinez.
Emilia is survived by her loving children Norma M. (George) Hernandez, Sylvia M. (Mike) Huerta, Irma M. (Pete)Martinez, Nelda M. Galvan, Juanita M. (Tony) Claudio, Armando Martinez Jr., Arnold Martinez, and Alejandro (Brenda) Martinez .She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren.
Serving as her pallbearers are Tony Claudio, Alex Martinez, Arnold Martinez, Jaydin Gutierrez, Mario Huerta, and Pete Martinez
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, the 19th of July 2016, beginning at 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary to begin at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday within the San Benito Funeral Home Chapel, 1400 West Highway 77, San Benito, Texas 78586.
Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, the 20th of July 2016 at Our Lady Queen of The Universe Church at 11:00am. Interment will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park
