Eleodoro V. Lopez

San Benito, TX- Eleodoro Lopez, 82, entered into eternal rest Thursday, May 17, 2012 at his residence in San Benito.
He is preceded in death by his son, Hector Lopez; and his parents, Arturo Lopez and Alberto and Aurora Longoria.
Eleodoro is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Ofelia Lopez; his daughters, Yolanda (Angel) Camacho and Sylvia (Oscar) Zamora; his 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; also his brothers, Rudy Lopez, Teofilo Longoria, and Felipe Longoria; and his sister, Beatrice Rodriguez.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2012 from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M with the Holy Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 P.M. at San Benito Funeral Home.
The funeral precession will depart San Benito Funeral Home on Monday, May 21, 2012 at 9:30 A.M. for a 10:00 A.M. Funeral Mass at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Benito City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Joe Lopez, Hector Lopez, Jr., Frankie Gomez, Gabriel Garza, Emiliano Longoria, Jr., and Felipe Longoria, Jr.
The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to Heart of the Valley Hospice nurses and staff for the care they gave their father.
