Edwardo Ontiveros, 62, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 20, 2013.
Edwardo worked for 22 years for the City of Houston Public Works and retired in 2003.
He is preceded in death by his son, Edward Anthony Ontiveros; his mother, Paula San Miguel Ontiveros and his brother, Eziquel Ontiveros.
He is survived by his father, Natividad Ontiveros; his brothers, Natividad Ontiveros III, Edmundo Ontiveros; his sister, Linda (Jerry) Sanders; his nieces and nephews, Nati (Crystal) Ontiveros and their children Victoria and Anthony, Daisy (Hector) Vielma and their children Jasmine and Lily, Ray Ontiveros, Chris Sanders, Michael Ontiveros, Michele Sanders and Ezequel Ontiveros.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7 p.m., Thursday, October 24, 2013 at San Benito Funeral Home. Mass of Resurrection will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, October 25, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow to San Benito City Cemetery.
Honored to be serving as his pallbearers will be Ray Ontiveros, Chris Sanders, Michael Ontiveros, Nati Ontiveros, Ruben Rodriguez, and Chris De La Garza. Honorary pallbearers will be Lictor Arredondo, Concepcion Vargas, and Connie Torres.
