Eduviges Torres

Eduviges Torres, 60 of San Benito passed away Monday, October 23, 2018.  He was born on August 11, 1958 in Los Indios to Jose & Maria Paula Torres.  Eduviges was of the Catholic faith. He loved to play chalupa, coloring and doing his art & crafts.

He is preceded in death by his dad Jose Torre,  brother Octaviano Torre and nephew Humberto Torres.

Left to cherish is memories is his wife Martha Alaniz;  children: Adelita (Francisco) Lopez, Edwardo Torres, Eduvijes Torres Jr., Chestedy (Ernesto) Gonzalez, Sulema Torres, Emily (Andres) Garcia, Jose (Blair Rodriguez) Torres, Guadalupe Alaniz, Jesus Alaniz, Claudia Alaniz and Daniela Alaniz; grandchildren: Bianey, Ernesto, Kayla, Victoria Gonzalez, Jaxmine, Julissa, Kassandra, Francisco Lopez, Ignacio Alejandro Torres, Edwardo Torres, Jr.,  Krystal, Andres, Jayden, Kevin Garcia , Sheilah Morales, Eruviel Morales, Damian Morales and Allyzon Cruz,; his mom Maria Paula Torres; brothers: Jose Torres Jr. and Juan Torres, sisters: Maria Paula Garza, Odilia T. Rangel, Lucia Benavidez, Josephina Medrano.

The family would like to thank everyone that showed their love to our father and always was there with him.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 25, 2018 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the Rosary at 7 p.m..  Funeral will continue on Friday, October 26, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Service will be at 2:00 p.m.  at San Benito funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow at Gomez Cemetery.
