Douglas A. Carlson, 83, passed away on March 17, 2012 at Harlingen Medical Center. Douglas was born December 3, 1928 in St. Paul, MN.
He is survived by his sons, Steven D. (Diane) Carlson of Harlingen, Dale L. (Lonnie) Carlson of Murrieta, CA and Nathan P. (Teresita) Carlson of Culver City, CA; grandchildren, Matthew (Janna) Carlson, Sara Carlson (Steven) Coryell and Peter J. Carlson; and great grandchild, Oliver Scott Coryell.
Douglas was preceded in death by his wife Shirley A. Carlson and his son Mark W. Carlson.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 21, 2012, 10 a.m., at Combes Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Wiest officiating. Services will conclude at the church.
