Dorina Rodriguez

Dorina Rodriguez from San Benito, 62, unexpectedly passed away on November 11, 2023 with loved ones.

Dorina worked in the Law Enforcement industry for many years, San Benito Law Firm, Texas DPS, Texas Courts, Administrative Asst. to Federal Judge Sam Johnson, Administrative Assistant. To APD Chief Stan Knee and Executive Asst. to Managing Partner at Vison & Elkins. She was affectionately known as “Dor” or “Nina”.

Dorina is preceded in death by her parents, Jose I. and   Mary T. Kosel; sister Maria G “Lupita” Rodriguez and her infant son John Paul of San Benito.

She is survived by her son, Joaquin Tomas “Jake” Jaimez of Round Rock, Texas; her two brothers, Jose Israel (Esmeralda) Rodriguez Jr. of Grand Prairie, Texas and Tomas “Tommy” Rodriguez of Denver, Colorado.

The Rodriguez family will receive friends and relatives on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  A recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 7:00 o’clock Monday evening.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Benedict Catholic Church.
