Dora Moody Garcia

Dora Moody Garcia 93, went Home to be with her Lord on Saturday, July 7, 2018.  Dora was born to Merced and Angela George Moody on February 25, 1925 in Los Indios, Texas.

Left to treasure her memory is her siblings, Rachel Moody (Edelmiro) Gonzalez, Louis (Maricela) Moody, Ray G. Moody, Minnie Parker, Sister-in-Law Guadalupe Moody and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Benito Garcia; her siblings Hector Moody, Martin Moody, Leo Moody and Lily Saenz.

Dora was a lifelong member of Our Lady Queen of the Universe Catholic Church.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. at San Benito Funeral Home.  There will be a Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 PM on Tuesday evening.   A Chapel Service will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 10:00 AM at San Benito Funeral Home. Following the Chapel Service, Dora will be laid to rest at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
