The Blasingame family would like to thank the health care professionals who took such fantastic care of Daniel over the past few years. In particular, much appreciation is owed to his caretaker, Janie Serna, and Drs. Mogbolahan Kuye and Joseph Bender. The family would also like to express gratitude to the Valley Baptist Medical Center Intensive Care Unit doctors and nurses, along with the nurses on 4th Floor South, for keeping Daniel so comfortable and peaceful during his final days.
A memorial service will be held at Mont Meta Memorial Park on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 11 a.m.
