Consuelo V. Amaya

Consuelo V. Amaya 91 passed away on Friday, April 26, 2019. She was born on February 9, 1928 in San Benito to Graciano & Dolores Reyes Villarreal.

She was a member of the Jehovah Witness Church and enjoyed sewing and playing dominoes.

Consuelo was preceded in death by her husband Sixto E. Amaya, Josephina Villarreal, Ernestina V. Escobedo, Tomasa V. Silva, Ester V. Rubio, Herlinda V. Galvan, Angelita V. Ybarra, Graciano Villarreal Jr., and Emilio Villarreal.

Left to cherish her memory will be her children: Sylvia (Ron Crane, Tony Susie) Amaya, Connie Cano, Mario (Lillian) Amaya, and Julio (Drewann) Amaya; grandchildren: Aaron and Dominic Velarde, Annie and Marina Amaya; Elise, Christine and Eloy Cano III; Marissa, Michael, and Nicholas Amaya; Melania & Sharilyn Amaya; Great grandchildren: Liam & Ali Payton, Austin & Lexi Meave; Dylan Quintero, Joseph Bautista Jr.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 30, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
