Clifford Hobbs, Jr., 81, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2009 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen. Clifford was born August 9, 1928 in St. Louis, MO to Clifford and Bertha Hobbs. He graduated form East St. Louis High School and married Jean Jordan December 9, 1950. Clifford proudly served his country with the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jean Jordan of Harlingen; his son, Michael Hobbs of Troy, IL; daughter, Sandra Wilke of Troy, IL; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
