Boyd D. Stone

Boyd Douglas Stone, 63, passed away suddenly Saturday, November 4, 2017.
Boyd graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in English. He was an entrepreneur by trade with many successful businesses and an author of computer books. He was a former member of First Presbyterian Church in Harlingen and a long-time member of New Hope Presbyterian Church in La Feria.
Boyd is survived by his mother, Grace Ann Stone and the love of his life and best friend, Julia Lynn Stone. He was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Stone in 2008 and his sister, Dee Ann Stone in 1991.
A memorial service for Boyd will be held at the New Hope Presbyterian Church in La Feria, 10:30 A.M., Sunday, November 19, 2017 with Rev. Mary Breden officiating.
