Bernice L. Blalock, 87, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012 in Harlingen, Texas.
Bernice was born March 8, 1925 in Blount Co., AL to Lee Vader White and Velma Reno White. She was a waitress for many years, member of the Catholic church and had a passion for gardening. She lived in Florida for many years and moved to Harlingen 3 years ago.
Bernice is survived by her children; Jerry (Sally) Blalock of Pensacola, FL, Kerry (JoAnn) Blalock, Sherry (David) Siekman of Harlingen, TX, Terry (Lee Ann) Blalock of Spring Branch, TX and Perry (Hitomi) Blalock of Rancho Palos Verde, CA; 3 grandsons, 4 granddaughters, 2 great grandsons, 4 great granddaughters and her beloved niece, Peggy miller of Charlotte, NC.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers, 3 sisters and grandson, Adam Blalock.
Memorial services and burial will be held at a later date.
