Ben A. Buckley, 66, passed away Saturday, August 14, 2010 in Harlingen, Texas.
Ben was born October 21, 1943 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Ben A. and Helen Smith Buckley. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was employed with Lockheed Electronic, the Scientific Atlanta, Lockheed Missiles and Space, and later with the City of College Station and the City of Irving.
Ben is survived by his wife, Jane Buckley; his sons, Barry Buckley and Gary Buckley; a sister, Mollie Jacobs; a brother, Tommy Smith; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Alexander, Zachary Buckley, Tim Ford, Kathryn Ford and Lindsey Ford.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2010, 11 a.m., at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
