Arnold Emery Fox, 84, passed away May 12, 2013 at his residence.
Arnold was born June 8, 1928 in San Benito, Texas to John and Estella Mae Barr Fox. He was employed by various companies throughout his life which include Rough Neck (Oilfield) Willimar, Dr. Wells Bottling Co., CPL, Southern Texas Ice and Service, Nehi Bottling Co., Coca Cola Bottling Co., Reynolds Valley Mattress, Armstrong and McCall Beauty Supply and St. Albans Episcopal Church. Arnold was a non-active member of the Elks Lodge and enjoyed fishing, hunting, farming and gaming.
Arnold is survived by his children, Zelma Fox, John E. Fox (Janette), Veleta Fox Peele (Robert), Donnette Morgan, Eileen Fox (Roy), Gene Morgan (Yvonne); grandchildren, Belinda Trevino, Michelle Hirst (Steve), Brandy Henicke (Cullen), Arnold David, Melissa Havemann (Doug); and great grandchildren, Joey, Jordan, Dominic and Mia Trevino, Chelsea and Christopher Burnes, and Brooks and Callie Jo Henicke.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alice Morgan Fox.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 9 pm with the family present from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Buck Ashcraft Funeral Home.
